At ALL FOR BIRDS, our mission is to provide high-quality, trusted products that support the wellness, enrichment, and longevity of your bird’s life. Because birds are highly sensitive to bacteria, viruses, and environmental contaminants, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy on all items, including toys, food, accessories, and enrichment products.

This policy is a recognized standard within the avian supply industry and is in place to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination. Once a product leaves our facility, we are no longer able to guarantee that it remains free from exposure to pathogens that could be harmful to your bird(s). Upholding this policy directly protects our customers and their flocks.

Product Selection Support

We understand that choosing the correct products for your bird can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when considering species size, chewing strength, dietary needs, and play style. If you are unsure about any item, please contact us before placing your order. Our team is always happy to provide product recommendations, guidance, and sizing assistance to help ensure the best fit for your bird.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the very rare event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturer defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. To ensure prompt assistance, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting details (and photos, if applicable).

Requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After this time, we are unfortunately unable to process damage-related claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Cancelled orders will be refunded less the transaction processing fees withheld by Shopify, PayPal, or other payment processors, as these fees are not returned to us when an order is refunded. A minimum restocking / processing fee of $5.00 applies to all cancellations.

Safe Use & Responsibility

The safety of your bird is extremely important to us.
We recommend that:

  • All toys, perches, and accessories be introduced gradually and under supervision.

  • Items be inspected daily for wear, fraying, or breakage.

  • Any toy or accessory showing signs of damage be removed promptly.

While our products are selected with care and quality in mind, ALL FOR BIRDS is not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, or harm arising from the use or misuse of products purchased.
