At ALL FOR BIRDS, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, efficiently, and at a fair shipping cost. To provide the best possible rates, all shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship using discounted commercial accounts with UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, and USPS, allowing us to offer lower rates than standard retail shipping prices.

During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping carrier and service level (such as standard, expedited, express, etc.). If you require a specific delivery service or have special instructions, please include a note with your order or contact us directly — we are happy to assist.

Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to provide streamlined, hassle-free shipping to our U.S. customers.
All shipping costs displayed at checkout already include all required tariffs, customs fees, and import charges.

This means:

  • No unexpected duty fees at the border

  • No brokerage charges

  • No additional payment required upon delivery

The price shown at checkout is the final landed cost of your order.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.
Shipping fees for international orders are determined by the exact weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination country and available carrier options.

Because international rates can vary, we encourage customers outside Canada and the U.S. to contact us by email for an estimated shipping quote prior to ordering. We are always happy to recommend the most cost-effective and reliable shipping method based on your location.

Additional Shipping Adjustments

In certain cases (such as oversized items, multiple-box orders, remote delivery locations, or large bulk shipments), the automated checkout system may not fully calculate the final shipping cost. If additional shipping charges are required:

  1. We will contact you via email to notify you of the adjustment.

  2. An invoice will be provided for the remaining shipping balance.

  3. Your order will be shipped once the balance is paid in full.

If the additional amount is not paid or if you choose to cancel your order at this point, a $5.00 restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.
