At ALL FOR BIRDS, we offer flexible purchasing options to support convenience and planning for our customers. This policy outlines how subscription and pre-order purchases are billed, managed, and cancelled. Please review carefully to ensure you are fully informed before placing your order.
1. Subscription Orders
A subscription order allows you to receive selected products on a recurring schedule. The delivery frequency and duration of your subscription are determined by the preferences you choose at checkout.

Your payment information is stored securely, and your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery, unless the subscription is prepaid in advance.

Certain subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of the selected term. If you do not wish for your subscription to renew, the subscription must be cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription:
You may change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Your order confirmation emails contain direct links to manage your subscription, where you can:

Pause or skip an upcoming delivery

Modify the delivery schedule

Update payment or address information

Cancel the subscription entirely
Please allow adequate time for changes to process before your next scheduled shipment, as changes made too close to a billing date may apply to the following cycle.

2. Pre-Orders
A pre-order reserves a product that is not yet in stock or scheduled for upcoming arrival. This ensures you will receive the item as soon as inventory becomes available.
Depending on the product:

You may be charged the full amount or a partial deposit at checkout.

If a deposit is collected, your payment method will be securely stored, and the remaining balance will be charged automatically once the item is ready to ship.
Cancelling a Pre-Order:

If the pre-order item has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you may request cancellation. Any deposit paid will be refunded in accordance with the payment provider’s policies.

Once the pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it is considered a completed order and can no longer be cancelled. At that point, our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply to determine eligibility for refund or credit.
