Ingredients
Organic Millet, Organic Daikon Radish, Organic Adzuki Bean, Organic Mung bean, Organic Wheat, Organic French Lentil, Organic Red Lentil, Organic Alfalfa, Organic Buckwheat, Organic Black Oil Sunflower, and Organic Flax (or Organic Chia, depending on seasonal availability).
To sprout seeds for parrots, start by thoroughly rinsing the seeds to remove dust and debris. Then, soak them in filtered water for 8-12 hours or overnight. After soaking, drain and rinse the seeds, and then store them in a jar or tray at an angle to allow for drainage and airflow. Rinse the seeds 2-3 times a day until small tails (roots) emerge, typically within 1-3 days. Once sprouted, rinse one last time and serve to your parrot.
